Day 1: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth.
After the morning breakfast, you will drive from Kampala towards the west and have a stop at the Equator for African handicrafts and souvenirs and a cool photo session. There is also an amazing local water experiment that proves the earth split-up into two halves, the north and south spheres. Proceed with the journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park before stopping for a traditional lunch in the fascinating cultural Centre at Igongo just before Mbarara town.
Proceed through the undulating sceneries of Bunyaruguru crater and the magical Lake Nyabihoko; which is beautifully curved in the shape of the African map. You continue with the journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park which is highly rewarding with views of numerous animals including; Leopards, the gigantic Elephants, Hogs, Lions, Buffaloes, Duikers, Hyenas, and many antelope species as you go to check in at the lodge.

Day 2: Game drive and Boat cruise on Kazinga channel
Early game drive after a morning cup of hot tea; drive in the main camp at Mweya peninsular which is attractively positioned, separating Lake George from Lake Edward by Kazinga channel. Stretch to the Kasenyi plains, the renown mating ground offers you a lifetime opportunity of encounter a variety of wild game families at a glance including elephants, buffaloes, water bucks and Kobs along with predators like lions, leopards and jackals. The game drive takes 3 – 4 hours before you retreat back to the lodge for relaxation and lunch. In the afternoon head for a fantastic launch cruise on the Kazinga channel, with an amazing bird viewing experience and wonderful game like buffaloes, hippos, Elephants, crocodiles, among others. Then dinner and overnight at the lodge

Day 3: Transfer to Bwindi via Ishasha
After the morning breakfast, you will check out from the park as you drive through the park to transfer to Bwindi but this drive will also avail you with an opportunity to see many tree climbing lions on the Ishasha side of the park and you will make a stopover for lunch on the way, then continue the journey to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Gorilla tracking in Bwindi & Transfer back to Kampala
After an early morning breakfast you will be briefed by your ranger / tour guide and after start your gorilla trekking journey, you will enter into the amazing rain forest (gorilla sanctuary) as it offers an exciting, heavily forested and dense landscape interrupted by plenty of animal trails that provide access for tourists tracking these resident animals. Mammals thriving here include majorly the endangered mountain gorillas, elephants, buffaloes, giant forest hogs, the rare golden monkey, black-fronted Duikers, bushbucks, leopards to mention but a few. However, the charming mountain gorillas form the highlight of the park, you will continue to the misty Bwindi forest in search of the world’s most sought after and endangered species. The trekking adventure takes you through impressive hikes exploring the attractive forest landscapes characterized by rugged terrain which makes it quite challenging to explore.
The time and track taken while looking for these beautiful primates varies according to their movements, “Remember they are also wild animals”. The duration of the activity is between 2 – 8 hours; inclusive of one (1) hour direct contact with these unfamiliar creatures as they forage, socialize and make their joyous tactics with the frightening eyes of the Silver back. Once tracked, observing, spending time with and photographing these gentle, peaceful and shy apes is a unique, breathtaking, inspiring, and thrilling life time memorable adventure that leaves you desiring to have it again.
