Wild life in Uganda
Wild life traditionally refers to undomesticated animal species; but has come to include all plants, fungi, and other organisms that grow or live wild in an area without being introduced by humans.
It can be found in all ecosystems. Deserts, forests, rain forests, plains, grasslands, and other areas including the most developed urban sites, all have distinct forms.
Uganda is a home to a variety of wildlife that includes; African elephant, antelopes, different species of birds; almost half of the bird species in Africa are in this beautiful Pearl of Africa; cape Buffalos. Furthermore, they include; chimpanzees, hippopotamus, cheetahs, leopards, lions, mountain gorillas, primates, reptiles, Rothschild Giraffe, spotted giraffe, warthogs and many more.
