Day 1: Arrival at Bujumbura Airport; and transfer to Mwaro province.
You will visit Agasumoka Mwaro waterfalls. This is a place where the Burundi people used worship their traditional god Kiranga before Christianity. Then have lunch at the site and drive back in the afternoon to Bujumbura for your overnight at club du Lac Hotel or similar.
Day 2: Rusizi national park
You will have breakfast and transfer to visit Rusizi National park; where you will have a boat cruise in Rusizi River. Then later explore closer the hippos, numerous birds and the joint point between Rusizi River and Lake Tanganyika. You will then continue with your trip to the south; driving at the shores of Lake Tanganyika. You will also visit Livingstone memorial. Then drive to Rumonge to visit of the local villages of fishermen of Rumonge port. You might relax at the beach, swimming or beach volley at blue bay.
Then drive back to Bujumbura for overnight at Club du Lac Tanganyika Hotel or similar.
Day 3: Have airport Transfer
Finally transfer to the airport for your departure, to mark the end of your 3 Days Burundi wildlife safari tour.
